I’m not a law student until I found the word ‘gag order’ from the Dr Dzul’s explanation about UG and the other side concept that have been murmuring (read: bickering in a proper way) among the Malaysian.
The article could be reached here.
‘Gag Order’
I don’t know how the term ‘Gag order’ could be formed etymologically. Maybe it originated from Greek Hellenic philosophers or Arab-Islamic intellectuals. So I referred to this.
A ‘gag order’ (or suppression order) is an order, sometimes a legal order by a court or government, other times a private order by an employer or other institution, restricting information or comment from being made by public, said Wikipedia (I’m not addicted on it).
Basically it’s all about becoming whistleblower among other and how the words and rumors spread over the community.
Ever heard about ‘marketing’ from mouth to mouth? That was the rather similar ‘idea’ between these two concepts. People said, ‘two sides of a same coin la.
‘Mouth-to-mouth Marketing’
I have read some article that discuss about this method of marketing. It’s of course low in term of cost and the widespread could be embedded in our mind if it comes to logic.
We cannot stop it, or even it cannot stop itself.
I realize the advancement of technology; including email, yahoo group, facebook and the brand new twitter cannot be stop. The world is flat isn’t?
Our work empowers peoples and gives them a voice , a process that can never be reversed. If we succeed in satisfying our ‘customers’, we will benefit greatly because they will share their enthusiasm and support our ‘brand’. But if we fail, that same voice will hold us accountable and broadcast our failings.
When you stop people to think, or even criticize, you cannot be a leader of change and make something different.~stick to what your are holding, and make sure in a right way.
So, actually, ‘gag order’ cannot be implement in a flatten world. No ‘gag order’ I can see.
